Refund Policy

1. If the product is damaged and confirmed by inspection to be our responsibility, the buyer will not bear any responsibility.

2. The buyer must inform the seller of any quality issue within 10 days upon receiving the item.

3. We will provide unconditional full refund for quality problems caused by our side, with no additional conditions or inquiries.

4. Refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days after approval.
